There are generally two parts to outsourced IT support - hosting and managed services. Hosting is about running and looking after your servers offsite, while managed services is about looking after everthing else (e.g. desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, software problems) onsite. Of course if you don't host your servers offsite, then managed services is also about looking after your servers onsite.

So that's the biggest part of what we do - our clients don't want to have their own IT department and they trust us to keep things running with proactive maintenance, ensure systems security, and fix issues quickly when they arise.

What can we look after?

We've been doing this for quite a while now, so we got a lot of experience across a wide variety of different technologies! We're not going to list all the technologies that we support, because then this page would turn into a mess of big words and acronyms that have no meanging to most business owners. Instead, we prefer to chat about your support requirements, and gain a detailed understanding about how we can help, and what you'd want us to support.

How do we Charge?

We're flexible, and will work with you to find the best option. Most of our clients prefer a fixed monthly fee for support, while others prefer to be billed on an effort basis as it occurs.
